Return and Refund

General Return Information

We're confident that you'll be totally happy with any goods purchased from Dimprice. However, if you have changed your mind about an item, and you are a private consumer (i.e. not a business customer), then you can return it to us for a refund provided that:

  • You notify us within 30 calendar days from the day after you've received the goods.
  • The item(s) are returned within 14 days of cancellation. The 14 days start from the day you have notified us of the cancellation.
  • The item(s) are returned undamaged, unused and without any installation, with its original packaging and complete with all manuals, components and seals (if applicable) intact
  • The item(s) that are not returned as instructed will not be accepted. Dimprice will return the parcel(s) to you and you will be responsible for the delivery fee for the return.
  • Any used, installed or activated item(s) returned due to change of mind may have its/their value diminished for up to 30%, deduction may be made on the refund.
  • Any additional 10% of the product(s) value will be deducted from the refund of any return for opened personal product(s) such as earphones and headsets
  • All returns must be sent to the destined return address. Dimprice does not have liability on parcels sent to unauthorised addresses.
  • Photos and serial number of products may be requested for verification during return process.
  • Any mistreatment on the products will not be covered under Dimprice's Return Policy.
  • In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 we would like to make you aware of the following important information:

  • We will refund within 14 business days of receipt of goods (i.e. when we receive the returned items) or of evidence that the item(s) have been returned to us
  • We will refund all monies received, including outbound delivery cost, however if you chose a more expensive means than the cheapest, default standard delivery option offered we will only refund the default standard delivery option you could have chosen
  • We have the right to deduct monies from refunds where goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value.
    Damaged on Arrival

    If you receive goods which is sealed but have been damaged on arrival, please:

  • Sign the delivery note stating that the goods have arrived damaged
  • If the goods are incomplete or there is a shortfall, you should notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving the goods
    Faulty within Warranty

    If a product develops a fault within its warranty period you are entitled to a repair, refund or replacement at our discretion.

    Goods returned as faulty but with no fault is found will be returned to the customer and customer will be responsible for the deliver fee.

    Return Logistic Fee

    For all item(s) that are faulty or damaged on arrival, Dimprice will be responsible for the return delivery fee.

    For returns due to change of mind and product(s) not up to expectation, customer(s) will be responsible for the return transportation fee.

    *Tracked service should be used for the returns. Tracking number will be needed for processing the returns.*

    *Dimprice will have no liability on parcels lost in transit for retuns.*
